{"id":998,"date":"2015-09-11T02:25:53","date_gmt":"2015-09-11T02:25:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.theSQLReport.com\/?p=998"},"modified":"2015-10-29T12:35:19","modified_gmt":"2015-10-29T12:35:19","slug":"problem-starting-teradata-studio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.theSQLReport.com\/?p=998","title":{"rendered":"Problem Starting Teradata Studio"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Problem:<\/h2>\n<p>Just downloaded the Teradata Express 14.10 for VMware Player, I opened the Teradata Studio version 14.10 in the virtual machine.\u00a0 Before I configured a connection profile, I closed the program.\u00a0 Next time I opened Teradata Studio, the splash screen displayed for a minute, then the studio opened for about three seconds then disappeared with out any kind of error.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1001\" style=\"width: 530px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theSQLReport.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/TeradataStudioSplashScreen.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1001\" class=\"wp-image-1001 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.theSQLReport.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/TeradataStudioSplashScreen.jpg\" alt=\"Teradata Studio Splash Screen\" width=\"520\" height=\"330\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-1001\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Teradata Studio Splash Screen<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>Issue:<\/h2>\n<p>From what I was able to determine from the Teradata user boards, because I did not configure a connection profile, the program errors &amp;
